A Breadth of Expertise, Above and Below the Hook.
TOP RUNNING OVERHEAD CRANES
Cranes with movable bridges on top of a pair of rails mounted to columns, allowing heavy loads to be lifted and moved.
UNDER RUNNING OVERHEAD CRANES
Cranes with movable bridges on the bottom flange of a pair of rails serving as an effective way to maximize usable height.
JIB & GANTRY OVERHEAD CRANES
Jib cranes consist of a boom and a cantilever column while gantry cranes consist of a bridge connected to legs on both ends of a span.
HOISTS & TROLLEYS
A hoist is the mechanical unit of an overhead crane that moves the load vertically while the trolley carries the hoist horizontally along girders.
BELOW THE HOOK SOLUTIONS
Devices not reeved to the hoist or chain, designed to ease the handling of different types of overhead crane loads.
SERVICE, REPAIR & INSPECTIONS
Continued maintenance, evolving technologies and equipment advancements, designed to protect users while enhancing productivity.
Crane & Hoist Inspections
OSHA requires a complete inspection with records every 12 months.
Additionally, EVERY MONTH, hook, wire-rope, and chain inspections are required. These inspections must be performed and documented by trained professionals. All this is critical in meeting the minimum requirements necessary to ensure maximum employee safety.
PEACE OF MIND
The Total Tool Crane & Hoist inspection process utilizes inspection software that documents and stores inspection details. This service provides a historical record of all inspection activity and gives users immediate access any time it is needed.
