Your Role:

This is a working manager position responsible for analyzing and directing all IT related activities of the organization with supervisory responsibilities for all staff assigned to the IT department. This position is accountable for ensuring continuity of computer services for computer users throughout the organization through planning, technical leadership, and project coordination. This person must have the ability to think strategically, while at the same time, be able to “roll up the sleeves” and work on day-to-day issues with the team.

  • Oversee day to day activities of the organization’s technological, software, and programming needs
  • Implement and enforce IT standards, policies and/or procedures

  • Install, configure, and deploy new hardware/software, and perform software upgrades and maintenance

Job Overview:

The Accounts Receivable clerk is responsible for entering customer payments on account, reconciling customer accounts, answering customer questions and working with customers on past due invoices. This role also serves as an auditor, ensuring that invoices and other transactions on the customer accounts are accurate.
