Safety & Efficiency

our first & foremost priority will always be the safety of your team and ours.

Total Tool’s Crane & Hoist Division stays ahead of advancements in overhead crane technology so you don’t have to, ensuring you use cutting-edge solutions for greater safety and efficiency. Along with offering advanced safety devices, we provide crane safety training to equip your operators with the knowledge to handle cranes safely and effectively.

Learn more about the safety features we provide:

Anti-collision sensors detect obstacles and automatically stop or slow the crane to prevent collisions. With a simple, user-friendly app, operators can easily program and control safe operating distances from their phone, ensuring total control over crane operations.

Load cell systems ensure crane safety by monitoring load weight, preventing overloads, and stopping the lifting process if rope slack or side pulling is detected.  The system also sums load weights across multiple cranes to meet regulatory standards and deliver accurate shipping weights.

Safety lights provide clear signals along crane travel paths, alerting operators of incoming loads. We tailor our safety lights to your specific needs, maximizing visibility and awareness in busy environments.
