Where are your store locations and what are your hours of operation?

What are your delivery hours?

Which vendors do you do warranty work for?
We do warranty and repair work across many categories and major brands including Burndy, CM, DeWalt, Enerpac. Greenlee, Honda, Husqvarna, Milwaukee, Ridgid, SPX, Stanley, Sumner, T-Drill, and Wacker Neuson to name a few. What are your repair company policies?
All repairs are charged a $110.00 diagnostic fee. Once the item has been inspected we charge by hour, labor, and parts. The only time an estimate will be provided is if the repair exceeds 50% of the cost of a new tool. Repairs below 50% of the new tools current cost from Total Tool will automatically be repaired. For repairs not able to be fixed, or the customer opts to purchase a new tool, the $110.00 diagnostic fee will be waived. Once the tool or equipment is repaired the customer will receive notice to pickup their item. Repaired tools not picked up over 30 days will be scrapped.
Do you repair DeWalt and Milwaukee power tools?
While Total Tool is an authorized distributor of Dewalt and Milwaukee we do not repair their power tools in-house. All power tool repairs are sent to their respective factory service centers. Both of these manufacturers offer a Guaranteed Repair Cost or Lightning Max Repair cost. These are set repair fees that can be given to you by a Total Tool representative prior to sending for repair. We then work with the manufacturing service centers directly.
