Where are your store locations and what are your hours of operation?

What are your delivery hours?

Each of our 12 branches and distribution centers are open for deliveries Monday through Friday from 7 am-4 pm. For a complete list of store and distribution center locations click here.

Which vendors do you do warranty work for?

We do warranty and repair work across many categories and major brands including Burndy, CM, DeWalt, Enerpac. Greenlee, Honda, Husqvarna, Milwaukee, Ridgid, SPX, Stanley, Sumner, T-Drill, and Wacker Neuson to name a few. Do you repair DeWalt and Milwaukee power tools?

While Total Tool is an authorized distributor of Dewalt and Milwaukee we do not repair their power tools in-house. All power tool repairs are sent to their respective factory service centers. Both of these manufacturers offer a Guaranteed Repair Cost or Lightning Max Repair cost. These are set repair fees that can be given to you by a Total Tool representative prior to sending for repair. We then work with the manufacturing service centers directly.

Can I pay my bill online?

Unfortunately, at this time bills cannot be paid online. To make a payment, please contact our Accounts Receivable Department at [email protected].

What are your payment terms? Do you accept credit cards? Where do I mail my check to?

Customers may deduct 1% if the invoice is paid within ten days of the invoice date, otherwise the full invoice amount is due within thirty days of the invoice date by check or ACH payment. Payments on an account cannot be made by credit card. Credit card payments are only accepted if made at the time of purchase. No discounts are allowed with credit card payments.
