Total Tool is always seeking new Team Members to help us in our mission to be the best industrial supplier in the world. With a wide variety of departments, divisions, teams and roles to choose from, we have something to fit most skillsets and backgrounds. Learn more about each of our departments below.
Total Tool’s Crane & Hoist Division is located in St. Paul, Minnesota and services customers throughout most of the Midwest. Our Crane & Hoist Division designs, builds, installs and repairs standard and custom overhead crane solutions. We are actively seeking Service Technicians to inspect overhead bridge cranes and rigging assemblies to comply with OSHA standards, as well as conduct repairs on cranes.
Our customers rely on our Delivery Drivers to get the tools and equipment they need when they need it. Our Delivery Drivers service local customers throughout the Midwest.
Vital to our business is our Distribution Centers in St. Paul and Kansas City. We have career opportunities for Warehouse Associates to perform shipping, receiving, and inventory operations.
Our main corporate office is located in St. Paul, Minnesota. It houses our Accounting, Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Purchasing, and Marketing departments. Corporate positions range from entry-level through senior management.
Total Tool manages a vast rental fleet. As our inventory grows, so does our need for Rental Technicians. Rental Equipment Technicians are responsible for maintaining our fleet of rental tools and equipment and facilitating our rental processes.
We are continuously seeking certified Tool & Equipment Technicians to service and repair electrical and mechanical equipment and tools. Typical responsibilities include diagnosing and performing repairs on electrical and battery-operated equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic tools, gas equipment, generators, and a variety of other industrial grade tools and equipment.
Total Tool’s Rigging Department produces custom rigging assemblies, hoists, synthetic slings, and much more. Our Rigging Department seeks individuals hungry to learn a new trade. No prior rigging experience? Not a problem. We offer on the job training to build wire rope chokers, hoists, chain slings, and more to get you started. Additionally, within our Rigging Department we hire sewers to sew custom synthetic slings for our customers.
Total Tool employees Inside and Outside Sales Representatives across the Midwest. As a Sales Representative for Total Tool you are responsible for driving sales and profit through the sale of tools, consumables, rental equipment, rigging, and repair. All Reps have uncapped commission earning potential.
Total Tool operates stores across multiple states and continues to expand into new markets. We are regularly looking for hardworking Customer Service Representatives and Warehouse Associates. We offer daytime hours and benefits (no nights or weekends!) to all store employees. Management level opportunities include Store Manager positions.
